Pros:

  • The water reservoir is a good size, you can make about 8-10 shots before you need to refill it, which is very easy to do, and there is a clear section behind the basket which shows the water level.
  • Fast heat-up time (only about a minute), good frothing wand, no waiting time between frothing and brewing (though you do have to wait a little between brewing and frothing).
  • Easy cleanup–Filter cleans easily.

Cons:

  • Frothing wand is only about 3  inches from the counter top. It’s might too close, but not a big deal.

2) Make sure to empty the water out the steam pipe for a few seconds before frothing
3) Use an instant read thermometer for your frothing as this machine gets the milk very hot very quickly (which is good)
